The RTQ2080-QF/RTQ2081-QF is a highly integrated PMIC designed for automotive radar applications. It includes three buck converters, one high PSRR lowdropout (LDO) regulator, and one general low-dropout (LDO) regulator. The high-voltage buck converter operates with an input voltage range of up to 24V and is capable of sustaining a 36V load dump. It is suitable for a direct connection to a 12V battery. The RTQ2080-QF/RTQ2081-QF features built-in overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring circuits on each channel, an error output indicator, and fault status reporting via I²C for enhanced functional safety. The RTQ2080-QF/RTQ2081-QF is equipped with a standard built-in WDT (Watchdog Timer) function. This feature offers versatility for a wide range of applications through configurable setting for both upper and lower window tolerances. The device offers system design flexibility with I²C or factory-trimmed configurable functions, including adjustable output voltage for each channel, customizable power-on sequencing, overvoltage (OV) or undervoltage (UV) monitor threshold voltage, and the watchdog timeout setting. The RTQ2080- QF/RTQ2081-QF is available in a WET-WQFN-24AL 4x4 package with wettable flanks. The recommended junction temperature range is −40°C to 150°C, and the ambient temperature range is −40°C to 125°C.
